Christmas market in the Ravenna Gorge: My insider tip
One of the most unique Christmas markets I have ever visited is this Christmas market in the Ravenna Gorge. This wildly romantic Christmas market not only enchants with its fairytale ambience, but also and above all with its extraordinary location. In a gorge, directly under the picturesque Ravenna Bridge, an enchanted Christmas village made up of many small, cozy wooden huts awaits you. The landscape and location of the Christmas market reminds me of the perfect Christmas postcard motif. The Ravenna Gorge is best known for its beautiful hiking trails. A very special highlight before Christmas is the annual torchlight hike. The possibility already exists reserve a parking space online, which is also recommended in view of the large crowds.

The Royal Christmas Market at Hohenzollern Castle
What could be more magical than a Christmas market in one of the most impressive castles in Germany? The royal Christmas market at Hohenzollern Castle should of course not be missing in my list of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany. Hohenzollern Castle is worth a visit all year round, but at Christmas time the castle complex is transformed into a magical winter wonderland. If you are lucky, there is already snow and you can enjoy the phenomenal view of the castle while hiking.
