Shaping autumn and winter: isolate yourself or go outside?
What do you actually do when you're not traveling or just don't feel like being on the go all the time? We've realized that as much as we love traveling, we also enjoy quiet days at home just as much. A day with no plans, the rustling of the pages of a new novel while the rain falls outside, decorating for the season. It's in this coziness that I often find my best ideas.
At the moment I am concentrating particularly intensively on my heart project Glaubenblicke and have already had the pleasure of interviewing some truly wonderful people on my podcast. My new e-book “The healing power of winter” is also there to guide you through the Rauhnächte It not only gives you deep insight into the magic of this special time, but also supports you in reflecting on your dreams, finding inner clarity, and drawing new inspiration. With the dream journal, reflection questions, and powerful affirmations for each Rauhnacht (Twelve Nights), every cold winter day becomes an opportunity to draw strength from the tranquility of this season.
